
The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) recently launched their Move For Health campaign on 1 July 2009.
Move for Health encourages people to improve their health and wellbeing by being more active and taking regular exercise. Physiotherapists recommend exercising at moderate intensity for 30 minutes 5 times a week.
If you don’t have time for a 30 minute session of exercise each day, break it up into smaller chunks of ten minutes at a time throughout the day. Just building a little extra activity into your daily routine can bring health benefits.
