This audio conference will provide an overview of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Medicaid regulations, and billing and practice patterns relating to pediatric physical therapy settings.

Expert out-patient pediatric physical therapist, Cindy Miles, joins Roshunda Drummond-Dye, Esq., APTA Associate Director of Payment Policy & Advocacy, to provide information on the top challenges for physical therapy specializing in pediatric services. The speakers will use case studies to present the appropriate methods of coding, reporting, and collecting for services to payers. The speakers will also discuss strategies in navigating through your state Medicaid plan, finding state policies and applying Federal rules to your practice setting. During the Q & A session following the presentation you may ask your questions directly to the experts.
