Is it true that  TOEFL will not expire in 2 years time if we have filed for Visa Screen? Is visa screen certificate and visa screen credentialing the same?  And in filing this, shall I do that with USCIS or NBCOT. Sorry, I am just so confused, but your information would be a big help. Thanks!</description>
