Advocacy Seminars from Guide Inc.

Organisers from the Guided and Unified Interaction for the Development of Children, Inc. wish to invite you to participate in two seminars which will occur simultaneously from January 31 until March 6, 2010.

  • “Understanding and Management of Children with Disabilities”
  • “SPED for Non-SPED Teacher”

Participants may also join the optional exposure to children with disabilities on March 13, 2010 (Saturday) from 7 AM to 5 PM at the Eulogio Rodriguez Integrated School on Cavo Sanchez Street, Hagdang Bato Itaas in Mandaluyong City. Majority of the speakers are from the Philippine Normal University.

The seminars are intended for child caring and welfare officers, undergraduate and graduate students and newly graduates of psychology, education, social work, nursing, OT/PT, speech therapy; teachers, caregivers and other professionals who are in special education or planning to enter special education and those that are interested to practice therapy for children. One time registration fee of P3,500 which includes certificate and training materials. P1,000 per day is charged to those who choose to take only those topics that they are interested.
