Objective of the conference

  • Discuss the standards of practice and practice guidelines on recent evidence in the assessment and manual
    treatment of the spine including pertinent radiology for physical therapist.
  • Discuss and understand the core concepts of clinical prediction rule and EBP in the management of spinal
    disorders commonly encountered in Physical Therapy practice.
  • Identify the level of evidence among physical therapy treatment approaches for spinal disorders.

About the speaker
Dr. Juntilla is a practicing physical therapist based in Columbia, South Carolina. As an orthopaedic clinical practitioner, he is a Certified Spinal Manipulative Therapist through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy (AAMT) and a credentialed Clinical Instructor by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).

Dr. Juntilla finished his transition to Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from AT Still University (ATSU), Arizona School of Health Sciences in Meza, Arizona, USA. He is also an alumnus of Asian College of Technology’s College of Physical Therapy.

After Nov. 30, 2010:
Student – Php 600
Professional – Php 900

Registration fee is inclusive of Certificate of attendance and handouts. Not bad at all, considering the event runs for 2 days. Definitely worth your time and money than cigar auctions.
