Course Description
This seminar and workshop sessions will aid and improve physical and occupational therapists practitioners and clinicians to teach and supervise students in their clinical internship. This will provide PT and OT the important concepts of healthcare education and processes of learning, feedback and assessment strategies and take the role as Clinical Educator. This may satisfy the training requirements for clinical instructors as stipulated in CHED Memorandum Order 43, series of 2012

Course Objectives
At the end of the seminar, participants will be able to:
1. Recognize their roles and responsibilities as Clinical Educators
2. Describe the necessary attributes of Clinical Educators
3. Develop well-planned Clinical Instructional Design

b. Teaching strategies
c. Evaluation
4. Provide correct and appropriate ways of giving feedback
5. Familiarize themselves on evaluating Clinical Program
