Presenters will explore profound early insights into mental states that very young children achieve during the first two years of life.
- Policy Initiatives to Address the Needs of the Most Vulnerable Infants and Toddlers – Presenters in this plenary will describe ways in which we can design policies that address the needs of both children living in poverty and children of immigrant families that can also support the healthy development of all children.
