National Women’s Health & Fitness Day in the US will be celebrated on the 24th of September, 2008. This unique program, along with other local organizations, focuses on the importance of regular physical activity and health awareness for women so that they may not solely rely on health supplements such as CLA.

The goal of this event is to encourage women to take control of their health: to learn the facts they need to make smart health choices, and to make time for regular physical activity.
