To support special children with wide range of services such as psycho-social intervention, value formation, spiritual enhancement, medical, dental, educational, vocational and support services to parents and to assist them and their families as productive members of the society. To establish linkages with other child caring institutions to facilitate referrals and; To evaluate the programs and services with the use of accomplishment and statistical reports as basis for the Center's operational improvement.
